<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se pune carnea la fiert, la foc domol si aruncati din timp in timp spuma.<br />
2. Dupa ce fierbe, se adauga morcovii feliati, pastarnacul maruntit, o ceapa mare lasata intreaga (dupa ce fierbe o aruncati).<br />
3. Aproape de sfarsit se adauga condimentele si fideaua; dupa ce se inmoaie, adaugati patrunjelul si mai lasati sa fiarba un minut.</p>
