<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 3 ore 15 min (complexitate mare)</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
Pt 10 portii:<br />
-1 kg burta,<br />
-500 gr oase,<br />
-1 radacina de telina,<br />
-2 morcovi 3 cepe,<br />
-10 ml otet,<br />
-8 galbenusuri,<br />
-800 gr smantana,<br />
-sare,<br />
-o caciulie de usturoi</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se spala bine in mai multe ape burta si oasele. Se aseaza intr-o oala cu 2 l apa clocotita si se fierbe cca 1 ora. Se inlocuieste apa si se lasa sa fiarba 2-3 ore cu sare, la foc moale.<br />
2. Se adauga toate legumele si se fierb bine. Se strecoara apoi zeama si se adauga burta taiata felii subtiri si usturoiul dat prin razatoarea mica si otetul pt a o acri.<br />
3. Se bat galbenusurile cu smantana intr-un bol, turnand putin cate putin zeama fierbinte.<br />
4. La sfarsit se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust. Pentru culoare se da un morcov prin razatoare mica si se caleste un ulei, iar dupa ce s-a calit se strecoara uleiul printr-o sita in ciorba.<br />
Se serveste cu smantana si ardei.</p>
