<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-2 galbenusuri,<br />
-4 catei de usturoi,<br />
-200 ml ulei,<br />
-zeama de la 1/2 lamaie,<br />
-sare,<br />
-piper macinat,<br />
-1 lingurita rasa de mustar,<br />
-zahar pudra.</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se piseaza usturoiul foarte bine si se freaca cu galbenusurile.<br />
2. Se adauga uleiul in picaturi amestecand incontinuu, apoi in suvoi subtire si se condimenteaza.<br />
Se serveste in general la mancaruri reci de peste, la fripturi, dar este foarte gustos si cu cartofi fierti in apa si taiati rondele, ca o salata.</p>
