<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
- carne de vitel sau iepure,<br />
- 5-6 morcovi,<br />
- 2 cepe,<br />
- 2 linguri mustar,<br />
- 3 galbenusuri,<br />
- smintina,<br />
- piper,<br />
- foi de dafin,<br />
- biovegetal,<br />
- paste fainoase (melcisori) </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong><br />
1. Se pune carnea de vitel sau iepure la fiert, cu sare.<br />
2. Intr-o alta cratita se pun la fiert morcovii si ceapa.<br />
3. Cand a fiert, carnea se scoate si dupa ce s-a racit se taie bucatele mici.<br />
4. Dupa ce au fiert legumele, ceapa se scoate si se arunca, iar morcovii se paseaza si se amesteca cu mustarul, galbenusurile si condimentele.<br />
5. Sosul obtinut se pune intr-o cratita, adaugind carnea taiata cubulete, doua foi de dafin si condimente (daca mai este necesar). Se lasa sa fiarba impreuna inca 5-10 minute, dupa care se stinge focul si se toarna in sos o cana buna de smantana.<br />
6. Pastele au fiert si ele intre timp, se scurg, se clatesc si se amesteca cu ulei de masline (optional).<br />
7. Se servesc pastele fierbinti asezate pe un platou, turnindu-se sosul deasupra. Eventual se presara patrunjel tocat pentru aspect. </p>
