<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>-	4 linguri de ulei<br />
-	1 kg carne de porc, de vita, de pui sau carnaciori<br />
-	5-7 catei de usturoi (mai multe daca preferi)<br />
-	1 ceapa<br />
-	1 1/2 lingurita oregano<br />
-	1/4 lingurita sovarv (mageran salbatic sau trifoiste)<br />
-	1/2 lingurita busuioc<br />
-	1/4 lingurita cimbru<br />
-	1/4 lingurita piper<br />
-	Sare<br />
-	multe ciuperci<br />
-	1/2 cana morcovi rasi (daca iti plac)<br />
-	1/2 ardei gras<br />
-	2 linguri branza parmezan, rasa<br />
-	2 borcane de bulion<br />
-	1 lingurita miere<br />
-	patrunjel proaspat</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>1. Prajeste carnea intr-o tigaie, dupa ce ai taiat-o in bucatele mici, intorcand-o pe toate partile. Prajirea va duce la separarea unei mici cantitati de ulei din carne.</p>
<p>2. Intr-o tigaie mai mare, pune 4 linguri din acest ulei. Adauga ceapa si usturoiul, apoi amesteca si restul condimentelor. Amesteca pana ce se inmoaie ceapa, iar usturoiul devine auriu deschis (nu lasa usturoiul sa se prajeasca prea tare, pentru ca va avea gust amar).</p>
<p>3. Curata si taie ciupercile, apoi adauga-le. Pune apoi morcovii si ardeiul gras in tigaie, taiate, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>
<p>4. Imprastie branza parmezan deasupra. Adauga apoi bulionul.</p>
<p>5. Amesteca acum carnea prajita.</p>
<p>6. Acopera vasul si lasa continutul sa fiarba pentru o ora, dar nu sa clocoteasca. Fa pasta de spaghete cu 15 minute inainte de a fi servita.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-400 de grame de spaghete<br />
-3 kg de scoici de apa dulce<br />
-100 ml de vin alb sec<br />
-3 linguri cu ulei de masline<br />
-3 catei de usturoi<br />
-1 legatura mare de patrunjel<br />
-cateva pistiluri de sofran (optional)<br />
-sare<br />
-piper</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se razuiesc scoicile. Clateste-le de mai multe ori cu apa rece, amestecandu-le. Se scrud, se pun intr-o cratita de fonta, impreuna cu vinul, 1 catel de usturoi curatat si zdrobit, 4 fire de patrunjel si un praf de piper si se acopera totul.<br />
2. Lasa scoicile sa se deschida, la foc potrivit, amestecand des, timp de circa 10 minute. Ia vasul de pe foc.<br />
3. Cand scoicile s-au racit, inlatura cochiliile si strecoara zeama in care au fiert. Adauga-i sofranul, uleiul, restul de patrunjel tocat si 2 catei de usturoi tocati. Pastreaza totul la cald.<br />
4. Fierbe 3 litri de apa cu sare. Pune spaghetele in apa clocotita si lasa-le sa fiarba 8-9 minute, clocotindu-le bine si amestecandu-le din cand in cand. Verifica daca au fiert, scurge-le si toarna-le intr-un vas mare, preincalzit. Adauga scoicile si zeama cu patrunjel. Se amesteca si se serveste imediat.<br />
Observatie: Reteta poate fi imbunatatita adaugand moluste, pe care le vei pune sa se deschida impreuna cu scoicile, creveti decorticati, stridii si rondele de calamar, rumenite in ulei.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1 morcov mic,<br />
-1 telina mica,<br />
-5—6 cartofi,<br />
-patrunjel,<br />
1/4 kg mazare,<br />
-1/4 kg fasole verde,<br />
-1/4 kg conopida,<br />
-l/2 kg ciuperci,<br />
- carne de pasare, creier si limba, fierte,<br />
-1/2 pahar smintina,<br />
-100 g cascaval,<br />
-unt,<br />
-faina,<br />
-sare.</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se taie legumele in bucatele mici, iar carnea in fileuri.<br />
2. Se pregateste un sos alb care se stinge cu zeama in care au fiert zarzavaturile si carnea.<br />
3. Se fierbe sosul bine si se adauga carnea, legumele si zarzavaturile, limba, creier, 1/2 de pahar de smintina si putin cascaval.<br />
4. Cu aceasta compozitie se umplu buseurile. Se poate prepara numai cu unul sau doua feluri din produsele animale de mai sus.</p>
<p>Sfat: Se prepara in ultimul moment si se pastreaza in baie de apa inainte de a fi servit.</p>
