<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-2-3 cepe de apa,<br />
-4 linguri de ulei,<br />
-2 linguri bullion de rosii,<br />
-½ lamaie,<br />
-sare,<br />
-piper macinat</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Ceapa se taie pestisori si se caleste in ulei indoit cu apa.<br />
2. Cand ceapa devine sticloasa, se adauga bulionul desfacut in apa rece, se sareaza si se pipereaza bine si se lasa pe foc pana cand scade.<br />
3. Se rastoarna in salatiera, se stropeste cu zeama de la ½ lamaie, se serveste imediat langa friptura de pasare cu garnitura de orez. </p>
