<p>- 150 ml apa calda<br />
- 1/2 lingurita zahar tos<br />
- 1 lingurita drojdie uscata<br />
- 250 g faina<br />
- 3 linguri ulei de masline<br />
1 lingurita sare</p>
<p><span class="tab_albastru">Mod de preparare</span> :</p>
<p>1. Se pune intr-un castronel drojdia amestecata cu 1 lingura de faina, 3-4 linguri de apa calda si zahar pana se face ca o pasta, se acopera si se lasa pana se se umfla si face spuma;<br />
2. Intr-un castron se pune faina, in mijlocul ei se toarna amestecul de drojdie, uleiul, sarea si se amesteca, pentru a forma un aluat moale si elastic, daca trebuie se adauga si restul de apa;<br />
3. Se framanta bine, se lasa deoparte acoperit, sa dospeasca marindu-si volumul;<br />
4. Se poate lasa si la frigider de pe o zi pe alta;<br />
5. Cand vrem sa preparam pizza, intindem o foaie de marimea si forma dorita, pe care o punem intr-o forma unsa.</p>
