<p><strong>Timpul necesar prepararii</strong>: 20 min (complexitate redusa).</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-500 g de branza proaspata de vaci CREMOASA<br />
-1 lingura de zahar<br />
-3 linguri de ulei<br />
-sare( 1-2 prize)<br />
-1 ou<br />
-500g faina alba<br />
-1 pachetel de praf de copt </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se amesteca intr-un vas: branza, zaharul, uleiul, sarea si oul. Cel mai bine cu o lingura de lemn sau cu telul.<br />
2. Intr-un alt vas se amesteca faina cu praful de copt. Faina se incorporeaza treptat in amestecul de branza. Se amesteca la inceput cu lingura, pe urma se modeleaza botul de paine<br />
cu mana.<br />
3. Se da o forma rotunda, sau lunguiata, se turteste coca putin. Se poate cresta putin la mijloc, ca sa nu plesneasca coca. Se tapeteaza botul de paine cu faina si se aseaza, intr-o tava la cuptor la 180grade, preincalzit, timp de aproximativ 60 minute.</p>
