<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-350 ml apa calduta,<br />
-1 cub de drojdie proaspata sau 1 1/2 pachet drojdie uscata,<br />
-2 lingurite sare,<br />
-1 lingura miere,<br />
-350 g faina alba,<br />
-150 g fulgi de ovaz,<br />
-200 g nuci. </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se pun intr-un vas drojdia dizolvata in putina apa calduta, sarea si mierea si se amesteca bine cu telul. Se adauga faina cernuta, fulgii de ovaz, nucile taiate si atata apa calduta cat e nevoie pentru un aluat potrivit de tare.<br />
2. Se framanta bine aluatul, se acopera si se lasa sa creasca la cald cca 30 de minute. Se mai framanta putin.<br />
3. Se modeleaza coca in forma de paine rotunda sau ovala, se pune intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie pergament (sau unsa cu margarina) si se mai lasa sa creasca 15 minute.<br />
4. Se coace in cuptorul incins 30-35 de minute.</p>
