<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 1 ora (complexitate medie).</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-500 g faina<br />
-drojde de bere(cit o nuca mai mica)<br />
-1 lingurita de sare<br />
-250 ml apa calduta<br />
-1 ou<br />
-50 ml ulei </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Din ingredientele de mai sus se framinta un aluat potrivit de tare, se lasa la crescut, se preframinta apoi, se imparte in 3 realizind niste rulouri care se impletesc apoi. Deasupra se aseaza diverse aplicatii (floricele, frunze etc din acelasi aluat).<br />
2. Se da fata cu oul batut se aseaza in tava unde se lasa 15&#8242; sa creasca.<br />
3. Se coace la foc potrivit 45-50&#8242;. </p>
