<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-200gr margarina<br />
-300gr zahar<br />
-3 galbenusuri<br />
-1 esenta rom<br />
-coaja de portocala si lamaie<br />
-faina cat cuprinde<br />
-3linguri de lapte<br />
-1/2(plic)praf de copt </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se amesteca zaharul cu margarina pana se topeste, se adauga galbenusurie, esenta de rom, coaja de portocale si de lamaie, laptele si la sfarsit se amesteca praful de copt cu faina.<br />
2. Se framanta bine compozitia. Se intinde o foaie mai grosuta si se taie in diferite forme.<br />
3. Se pun in tava care este pregatita cu hartie. Se dau la foc iute. Deasupra se ung formele cu ou batut, dupa preferinta. </p>
