<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 70 min (complexitate medie) </p>
<p>  <strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-150 g carne,<br />
-1 ceapa mica,<br />
-1 lingura orez,<br />
-1 ardei gras,<br />
-sare,<br />
-piper,<br />
-patrunjel,<br />
-8 &#8211; 10 rosii mijlocii rotunde,<br />
-ulei; </p>
<p>  <strong>Mod de preparare: </strong><br />
1. Carnea se trece de doua ori prin masina de tocat, impreuna cu ceapa tocata si calita 2 minute in 2 linguri de untdelemn si ardeiul taiat felii. Se adauga orezul si 4 linguri apa rece, patrunjel, putin piper macinat si sare.<br />
2. Rosiile se spala, li se taie un capacel in partea cu codita, se scoate miezul cu lingurita si se umple cu tocatura. Se aseaza capacelul.<br />
3. Se pun in cratita cu miezul de rosii, 4 &#8211; 5 linguri untdelemn si putina apa. Se acopera si se lasa sa fiarba incet 30 &#8211; 40 de minute. Sosul se leaga cu o lingurita de faina rasa frecata cu 1 &#8211; 2 linguri apa rece.<br />
4. Se lasa sa mai fiarba 2 minute apoi se servesc cu patrunjel tocat. </p>
