<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii</strong>: 1 ora 15 min (complexitate medie) </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1,5 kg ardei capia,<br />
-500 g smantana,<br />
-2 linguri de faina,<br />
-100 g ulei,<br />
-sare dupa gust,<br />
-patrunjel </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Ardeii se coc si se curata de seminte si apoi de coaja. Se taie felii subtiri si se calesc la foc mic in ulei.<br />
2. Intr-un bol se amesteca smantana cu faina pana se obtine o pasta omogena. Cand ardeii sunt prajiti usor se adauga smantana preparata cu faina. Se amesteca pe foc mic si cand se incorporeaza cu ardeii se adauga sare dupa gust. Cand inchidem focul adaugam patrunjel tocat marunt. </p>
<p>Se pot servi ca garnitura la friptura de pasare sau simpli cu mamaliguta.<br />
Reteta se poate prepara si cu ardei capia verzi, dar nu mai este atat de dulce. </p>
