<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 60 min (complexitate medie)</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
- 50 g de sunca (bacon) afumata<br />
- 1-2 ardei grasi (verde)<br />
- o mana de ciuperci<br />
- 1 morcov, dat pe razatoarea mare sau taiat fidelute<br />
- 2 linguri de ulei de masline<br />
- sos soia (din cel inchis la culoare)<br />
- piper negru macinat<br />
- orez fiert (3 boluri la 3 persoane) </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se prajesc legumele in ulei, se adauga orezul, sosul de soia, piperul si se continua prajirea, amestecand continuu, sa nu se arda.<br />
2. Trebuie sa iasa brun la culoare (de la soia) si putin picant (de la piper). Se mai pot adauga: nuci (taiate marunt), mazare, porumb (de la conserva).<br />
De fapt se pot incerca toate legumele pe care le aveti la indemana.</p>
