<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-Cartofi 1 kg<br />
-ulei 75 g<br />
-verdeata 1/2 leg<br />
-sare </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Cartofii se curata de coaja, se spala, se taie cuburi mici si se pun la fiert in apa cu sare. Se pune apa numai atat cat sa acopere cartofii.<br />
2. Dupa ce au fiert, se scurg bine si se prajesc in ulei fierbinte.<br />
3. La servit se presara deasupra cu verdeata tocata.<br />
Se folosesc ca ganitura. In loc de ulei se pot prepara si cu margarina.  </p>
