<p>Ingrediente:<br />
-2 cepe,<br />
-3 linguri de ulei,<br />
-4 ardei grasi, vin rosu,<br />
-sare, piper macinat.</p>
<p>MOD DE PREPARARE:<br />
1. Se taie ceapa in rondele subtiri si se prajeste in ulei, pana devine sticloasa.<br />
2. Se adauga ardeii curatati de seminte si taiati cuburi.<br />
3. Se sareaza, se pipereaza, se sting cu vin rosu si se inabusa pana ce scade zeama.</p>
