PENTRU 10 PORTII :<br />
- mititei &#8211; 20 buc.<br />
- cascaval &#8211; 0.800 kg<br />
- pesmet &#8211; 0.250<br />
- oua &#8211; 2 buc.<br />
- faina &#8211; 0.200<br />
- sare &#8211; 0.015<br />
- carnati ( de care doriti ) &#8211; 0.600<br />
- ulei -0.200<br />
- rosii &#8211; 0.400<br />
- sos soia &#8211; 0.150<br />
- cartofi &#8211; 1.500<br />
- mustar &#8211; 0.200<br />
- gogosari in otet &#8211; 0.300<br />
- castraveti murati &#8211; 0.300<br />
- ardei gras &#8211; 0.200 </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Cascavalul se taie sub forma de triunghiuri, de grosime potrivita, se trec prin pesmet (respectand regula : faina, ou batut, pesmet ) de doua ori ( pt. a nu se sparge la prajit ) si se prajeste in ulei incins pe o parte si pe alta.<br />
2. Mititeii se frig pe gratar ( ideea e ca trebuie sa ramana zemosi !!).<br />
3. Carnatii se taie in bucati, se cresteaza la capete in cruce si se prajesc in ulei sau se gatesc pe gratar.<br />
4. Cartofii se taie bastonase subtiri si se prajesc in ulei.Puneti un pic de sare , sa fie mai gustosi.<br />
5. Castravetii murati si gogosarii se taie julienne ( fasii mai late ).<br />
6. Ardeiul gras se taie pe jumatate, se scobeste de cotor si seminte si se umple cu mustar.<br />
7. Rosia se taie pe jumatate si se frige pe gratar, cu putin sos de soia si sare.</p>
<p>Preparatul se aranjeaza pe un platou, impreuna cu garnitura de cartofi prajiti si muraturile, la imaginatia fiecaruia. </p>
