<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 35 min (complexitate medie) </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1-2 piepti pui<br />
-1 pachet de sunca topita<br />
-100-150 gr de sunca deliata foarte subtire<br />
-1 legatura de leurda<br />
-amestec de ardei(rosu, galben, verde) taiat cubulete<br />
-100-150 gr de faina<br />
-2 oua<br />
-sare, piper, boia, curry </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se ia pieptul de pui se sareaza se pun frunze de leurda, peste care se aseaza un strat de branza topita, se condimenteaza cu piper, dupa care urmeaza un strat de sunca, urmeaza alt strat de leurda, peste care se pune un nou strat de branza topita si se pune boia.<br />
2. Se ruleaza pieptul de pui, se pune un praf de curry si se prinde cu scobitori in lateral.<br />
3. Rulourile astfel formate se trec prin faina, se bat oualele se sareaza si se trec rulourile prin ou dupa care inca o data prin faina. Se prajesc pe ambele parti la foc potrivit.<br />
4. Se scot pe hartie absorbanta se lasa sa se raceasca si se taie, se aseaza pe o farfurie pe care am pus in prealabit frunze d leurda si se garniseste cu ardei multicolor.</p>
