<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 1 ora 30 min (complexitate medie) </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1 kg muschi de porc,<br />
-masline,<br />
-usturoi,<br />
-sunca,<br />
-ulei sau untura,<br />
-un pahar de vin alb,<br />
-un pahar apa,<br />
-3 linguri bulion </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se ia muschiul de porc, in care introducandu-se un cutit, se vor face gauri pe lungul muschiului. Acestea se vor umple cu masline, usturoi si sunca (toate taiate felii), si puse pe rand (exemplu:o felie de maslina, una de usturoi, una de sunca, iar una de maslina, una de usturoi, una de sunca etc).<br />
2. Dupa ce umpleti toate gaurile, muschiul se va condimenta pe dinafara. Apoi il puneti intr-o tava inalta, de cuptor, ce a fost unsa cu ulei, iar peste muschi se va turna un pahar de apa si unul de vin.<br />
3. Se da la cuptor la foc mare. Din cand in cand, cu o lingura stropiti muschiul cu sosul din tava. Cand muschiul s-a fiert bine, puneti masline intregi in tava si felii de usturoi. Apoi dupa 10 minute adaugati 3 linguri de bulion, ce le amestecati bine in sos, si stropiti muschiul, si apoi se mai lasa 10 minute in cuptor. </p>
