<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> mediu ( 1 ora 15 min)</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong>-250 gr. faina,<br />
-1 ou,<br />
-200 gr. brinza telemea,<br />
-o ceasca smintina,<br />
-sare,<br />
-piper,<br />
-100 gr. unt</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se face o coca de taitei din faina, apa, ou si putina sare.<br />
2. Se lasa sa se odihneasca timp de o ora, apoi se intinde cu facaletul si se taie in patrate cu latura de 5 cm. In fiecare patrat se pune o lingura de brinza rasa, care s-a amestecat cu smintina, sare si piper. Totul se acopera cu un alt patratel si se lipesc marginile.<br />
3. Colturasii se pun sa fiarba in apa clocotita si sarata. Se servesc cu unt topit, fierbinte.</p>
