<strong>Ingrediente pentru crema:</strong>- 1L lapte<br />
- o cana de zahar<br />
- 4 linguri de faina<br />
- un plic de budinca de vanilie<br />
- 100g de unt<br />
- 2 esente de vanilie<br />
- 1 plic zahar vanilat</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se fierbe laptele impreuna cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat si esentele de vanilie.<br />
2. Se raceste si se amesteca cu faina si praful de budinca pana se omogenizeaza, apoi se pune din nou la foc mic, amestecand incontinuu pana ce se ingroasa.<br />
3. Se da la o parte de pe foc si se adauga untul batut spuma.</p>
<p><strong>Pentru glazura de caramel</strong>:<br />
1. Se incing 2 linguri de frisca nebatuta si in ele se topesc 100g caramele cu lapte.</p>
<p>Pentru ornat, puteti folosi miez de nuca sau bomboane de ciocolata.<br />
Reteta pentru blat o gasiti intr-o sectiune speciala dedicata acestuia.</p>
