<p>  <strong>Ingrediente</strong><br />
-2 oua intregi,<br />
-100 ml untdelemn,<br />
-150 g zahar pudra,<br />
-300 g faina,<br />
-1 varf de cutit sare fina,<br />
-coaja de lamaie,<br />
-vanilie; </p>
<p>  <strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Ouale intregi se freaca cu zaharul pudra, apoi cu sarea, coaja de lamaie si cu vanilia.<br />
2. Apoi, untdelemnul se adauga treptat ca la maioneza, apoi faina.<br />
3. Se amesteca bine toate, apoi se intinde o foaie cat se poate de subtire.<br />
4. Se taie in fasii de 2/15 cm. Se aseaza in tava si se da la cuptor. Se coc la foc potrivit.</p>
