<strong>Timpul necesar prepararii:</strong> 1 ora 30 min(complexitate medie) </p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-5 kg gogonele<br />
-250 g ceapa<br />
-250 g morcovi<br />
-2 radacini hrean<br />
-2-3 capatani usturoi<br />
-1 radacina mica telina<br />
-crengute visin<br />
-frunze hrean<br />
-piper (boabe)<br />
-mustar (boabe)<br />
-sare grunjoasa</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se spala bine legumele;<br />
2. Morcovii se taie in rondele;<br />
3. Ceapa se taie in jumatati;<br />
4. Radacinile de hrean se taie pe lungime;<br />
5. Se pune pe fundul borcanului radacina de hrean, apoi legumele cu frunzele de telina printre ele;<br />
6. Se fierbe 5 l de apa, iar pentru fiecare litru cate o lingura cu sare si jumatate de lingurita de boabe piper si mustar;<br />
7. Se dau cateva clocote pana se dizolva sarea, apoi se ia saramura de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca;<br />
8. Se toarna saramura peste legumele din borcan, care se acopera provizoriu pana a doua zi;<br />
9. A doua zi se zdrobeste usturoiul si se adauga in borcane impreuna cu frunzele de hrean;<br />
10. Se pun n cruce crengutele de visin, pentru a tine gogonelele in lichid;<br />
11. Se capseaza borcanele si se rastoarna. </p>
