<p><strong>Ce iti trebuie ca sa iasa bun (ingrediente)</strong>:<br />
-	2 kg ciuperci,<br />
-	2 dl untdelemn,<br />
-	1 lamaie,<br />
-	20 boabe piper,<br />
-	2 foi de dafin,<br />
-	Sare.</p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	In primul rand, ciupercile mari se taie in felii mai groase, care se pun apoi intr-o cratita cu untdelemnul, o lingurita de sare, foile de dafin si zeama de la o lamaie, boabele de piper.<br />
2.	Se fierb acoperite la foc mic, circa 15-20 de minute. Se potriveste de sare si acru dupa gust.<br />
3.	Cand sunt gata, se pun in borcane mici. Se leaga cu celofan dublu si se fierb o ora in baie de apa.<br />
4.	Se servesc ca aperitiv. </p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Speli bine strugurii si separi boabele lovite sau patate (cu un forfecuta) ii asezi in borcan cu tot cu ciorchine. Fierbi cateva clocote otetul, apa si cu celelalte ingrediente, apoi torni solutia fierbinte peste strugurii din borcan (pui sub borcan 2 lame de cutit semn de cruce).<br />
2. Inchizi borcanele cu capace sau le legi bine cu celofan, le racesti invelite si le pui, apoi, la rece. </p>

2. Se adauga sare, piper, o foaie de dafin si citeva linguri de otet. Se aseaza in borcane, de 1/2 l, se acopera cu celofan si se fierb pe baie de apa timp de o ora. </p>

- 2 kg castraveti mijlocii,<br />
- 10 crengute marar verde,<br />
- 3 linguri cu varf de sare,<br />
- 4-5 catei de usturoi,<br />
- 1 ardei iute,<br />
- radacina de hrean,<br />
- paine. </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Intr-un borcan de 3 l, se aseaza crengutele de marar si 1/2 radacina de hrean. Castravetii se spala si se taie capetele acestora. Se cresteaza apoi in 4 in forma de cruce.<br />
2. Castravetii se aseaza vertical in borcan, se adauga sarea, iar intre castraveti se aseaza usturoiul curatat, ardeiul iute taiat in doua si restul de hrean. Se adauga apa putin calduta si deasupra se pune o feliuta de paine. Borcanul se pune la soare, acoperit cu un capac (farfuriuta), timp de 2 zile.<br />
3. Apoi se arunca painea si se pune borcanul la umbra. </p>
<p>Cine doreste castravetii mai acri, ii mai lasa o zi la soare. </p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se curata de boabe cativa stiuleti de porumb in lapte. Se pun intr-o oala cu apa clocotita si sare, si dupa ce au fiert putin, se scurg si se baga in apa rece.<br />
2. Deoparte se fierbe otet potrivit de tare, se pune sare, cateva boabe de piper, 2-3 cuisoare, si cateva frunze de tarhon. Se pun boabele intr-un borcan mic, se toarna deasupra otetul cu mirodeniile si se leaga cu hartie pergament. Se pastreaza la rece.<br />
3. Dupa o luna, se poate intrebuinta si pot fi folosite in locul caperelor. </p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se curata ceapa si se baga in apa calda cu sare, in care s-au pus cateva linguri de otet si se lasa 3 minute, apoi se scoate ceapa, se zvanta si se pune in borcane, se apasa usor pe fiecare ceapa ca sa se umple mai bine borcanele;<br />
2. Otetul se amesteca cu zaharul, busuiocul, foile de dafin si se da in clocot. Se strecoara amestecul si se toarna in borcane;<br />
3. In fiecare borcan se pun cateva boabe de piper si frunze de busuioc proaspat. Se inchid bine borcanele si se depoziteaza la loc racoros si intunecos.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-2 kg ardei capia rosu<br />
-1/2 l otet de 9 grade<br />
-1 l apa<br />
-250 g zahar sau miere<br />
-1 lingura de sare<br />
-cateva foi de dafin<br />
-1 telina frunze<br />
-1 hrean<br />
-boabe de mustar</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Ardeii se curata de cotoare si seminte si se spala bine;<br />
2. Intr-o cratita 3 l se pun otetul, apa si toate ingredientele, in afara de hrean apoi se pune pe foc acoperita cu capacul;<br />
3. Cand lichidul clocoteste, se pun ardeii capia sa intre bine in lichid, apoi se acopera si se lasa sa fiarba 2-3 clocote. Dupa aceea se scot cu spumiera si se pun intr-o cratita, acoperiti, continuindu-se la fel, pina cind se termina toata cantitatea de ardei;<br />
4. Se asaza ardeii unul in altul si apoi se pun cu varfurile in jos in borcane de cite 800 g sau intr-un borcan de 3 l. Dupa asezarea ardeilor se toarna lichidul, avand grija ca acesta sa intre bine printre ardei, se adauga bucati de hrean, iar pe deasupra se pun frunzele de telina;<br />
5. Borcanele se inchid etans cu capace sau celofan si se asaza in camara. Ardeii se pot lasa acoperiti cu capace pana a doua zi, pentru a verifica nivelul lichidului in borcane si pentru completari de lichid.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se aleg pepenii, se spala, se pun in borcane, intercaland printre ei gogonele si pentru aroma si consistenta frunze de telina si bucati de hrean;<br />
2. Se procedeaza la fel cu ardeii kapia, cateii de usturoi se pun in butoi intregi, ardeii iuti se taie pe jumatate;<br />
3. Cantitatile de usturoi si de ardei variaza in functie de gustul vostru;<br />
4. Pentru fiecare litru de apa se pun 25 g de sare, se fierbe saramura, se lasa sa se raceasca, se toarna peste muraturi si se leaga cu celofan;<br />
5. La sfarsit se pune telina, cimbrul, mararul si frunzele de visin (toate spalate si limpezite). Se preseaza cu doua lemne subtiri puse in crucis si legate. </p>

-sare (1 lingura la 1 litru de apa)</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se aleg rosiile mai mici si mai tari, se spala si se introduc intr-un borcan potrivit, intercalate cu catei de usturoi taiati in doua, cu ardeii iuti, cu radacina de telina taiata bucati si frunzele de dafin;<br />
2. Peste toate se aseaza mararul, separat se fierb intr-un vas 3-4 litri de apa;<br />
3. Se lasa apa sa se raceasca pana la 30 de grade, se dizolva sarea in apa prin amestecare si se umple vasul cu rosii pana la inchiderea capacului;<br />
4. Se inchide bine capacul. Vara, muratura va fi gata in 10-12 zile, in zilele reci dureaza cam o luna.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Gogosarii spalati si scursi bine, se curata de cotoare si de seminte, se taie in jumatati sau in sferturi si se pun intr-un vas mare si adanc;<br />
2. Deasupra se presara zaharul, sarea, se toarna otetul, se amesteca bine, se acopera si se lasa 24 de ore;<br />
3. Se asaza in borcane in zeama lor si se inchid bine. </p>
