<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-2 kg mure,<br />
-1 kg zahar,<br />
-1 lamaie </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Murele se spala, se scurg de apa si zeama si se pun intr-o oala cu zaharul pana ce acesta se topeste. Zaharul se topeste cam in 14 ore la temperatura camerei.<br />
2. Se pune la fiert la foc mic iar dupa jumatate de ora se adauga lamaia taiata felii. Lamaia se adauga pentru gust, dar si pentru a nu se zaharisi.<br />
3. Dupa jumatate de ora inchidem focul si lasam un pic sa se raceasca.<br />
4. Cat mai este fierbinte se pune in borcane si se lasa la cald la sterilizat. Daca dorti ca dulceata sa iasa fina, feliile de lamaie se pot scoate din dulceata. </p>
