<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1 kg castraveti<br />
-0,7 l suc de mere<br />
-25 g sare<br />
-5 crengute de marar cu flori<br />
-25 g sare </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Castravetii se spala, se oparesc, apoi se lasa sub jet de apa rece cateva secunde, pentru a-si pastra culoarea;<br />
2. Se umple borcanul cu castraveti, se aseaza betele de marar deasupra;<br />
3. Sucul de mere se completeaza cu sare, zahar, apoi sa de un clocot, se toarna peste castraveti, se lasa 2-3 minute, dupa care se toarna din nou in cratita, se mai da un clocot si iar se toarna peste castravetii din borcan; </p>
<p>Aceasta procedura se repeta de 3 ori, dupa care se infileteaza borcanul. </p>
