<strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
- 1 l alcool,<br />
- 1 kg zahar,<br />
- frunze de menta,<br />
- cateva cuisoare. </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se macereaza in alcool o lingura cu varf de frunze de menta uscate sau proaspete, timp de 8 zile, adaugand, apoi, aceeasi cantitate de sirop cu zahar; se lasa sa stea inca 3-4 zile. 2. Pentru aroma, se pot pune si 2 cuisoare nemacinate, chiar de la inceput.<br />
3. Se filtreaza ca si lichiorul de portocale si se astupa bine. Se poate consuma imediat.</p>
