<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-100g sardele fara oase<br />
-3 castraveciori in otet<br />
-3 oua fierte tari<br />
-1 lingurita de mustar<br />
-100g unt<br />
-3-4 fire de ceapa verde<br />
-1 franzela </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se toaca marunt castraveciorii si sardelele, apoi se trec impreuna cu ceapa prin masina de tocat.<br />
2.  Pasta obtinuta se amesteca cu untul frecat spuma si cu o lingurita de mustar.<br />
3. Amestecul se omogenizeaza si se potriveste de sare dupa care se ung feliile de franzela prajite in prealabil pe plita.<br />
4.  Se aseaza tartinele pe un platou, se orneaza platoul cu frunze de salata verde si se servesc reci.</p>
