<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
Aluat:<br />
-500 g faina<br />
-1 ou<br />
-100 mg ulei<br />
-1 cub drojdie<br />
-apa calda<br />
-sare</p>
<p>Umplutura:<br />
-1 piept de pui<br />
-100 g jambon<br />
-2 leg de ceapa<br />
-400 mg smantana<br />
-3 oua<br />
-1 fir de cimbru<br />
-patrunjel tocat<br />
-sare<br />
-piper </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se amesteca toate ingredientele enumerate si se adauga apa calda cat sa iasa un aluat moale. Se lasa sa se odihneasca la cald.<br />
2. Intre timp, se taie carnea cubulete si jambonul fasii si se calesc impreuna, pana se rumenesc.<br />
3. Se amesteca ouale cu smantana, cimbrul, verdeata tocata, se adauga sare si piper dupa gust si se adauga carnea rumenita.<br />
4. Se intind 2/3 din aluat intr-un vas adanc uns cu ulei, se toarna compozitia de carne si smantana. Se intinde aluatul ramas si se taie fasii care se vor aseza in gratii peste placinta. 5. Se da la cuptor la foc potrivit, 45-50 minute. </p>
