<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-100g masline mari<br />
-1 lingura de pateu de ficat<br />
-1 galbenus fiert tare<br />
-sare<br />
-piper macinat<br />
-1 lingurita de smantana<br />
-verdeata tocata </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se taie maslinele la un capat, se scot usor samburii, se lasa pe o farfurie si se pragateste umplutura.<br />
2. Se freaca pateul cu galbenusul, se adauga verdeata tocata, sare si piper dupa gust si smantana.<br />
3. Se omogenizeaza amestecul apoi se umplu maslinele, se asorteaza cu felii de ou fiert tare sau cu felii de cascaval si se servesc reci, asezate pe o farfurie ornata cu frunze de salata verde. </p>
