<p><strong>Timpul necesar prepararii</strong>: 25 min (complexitate redusa) </p>
<p><strong>Ce iti trebuie ca sa iasa bun (ingrediente):</strong><br />
-	4 perechi de carnati,<br />
-	1 ceapa,<br />
-	2 linguri ulei,<br />
-	1 cutie mica pasta de rosii,<br />
-	sare,<br />
-	piper,<br />
-	1 foaie de dafin,<br />
-	zahar; </p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	Incepem prin a curata invelisul de pe carnati.<br />
2.	Se prajesc intr-o tigaie cu ulei.<br />
3.	Cand sunt gata, se scot din tigaie si se pun pe o farfurie.<br />
4.	In uleiul ramas, se prajeste ceapa tocata marunt, apoi se adauga pasta de rosii, apa in cantitate dubla fata de pasta, se condimenteaza si se lasa la fiert cateva minute.<br />
5.	In final, sosul se toarna peste carnati. </p>

-	3 &#8211; 4 oua,<br />
-	30 &#8211; 50 g slanina afumata,<br />
-	1 lingura smantana; </p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	In primul rand, slanina se taie felii subtiri.<br />
2.	Apoi, se prajeste in tigaie la foc potrivit<br />
3.	Cand sunt gata, se iau de pe foc si se adauga ouale batute cu smantana.<br />
4.	Se amesteca bine, bine. Se servesc cu salata. </p>

<p><strong>Ce iti trebuie ca sa iasa bun (ingrediente)</strong>:<br />
-	1/2 kg branza de burduf sau cas de oaie proaspat,<br />
-	50 &#8211; 100 ml bere,<br />
-	100 g smantana,<br />
-	4 &#8211; 5 sardele,<br />
-	chimen,<br />
-	ceapa,<br />
-	sare.<br />
<strong><br />
Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	Initial, branza se marunteste cu furculita sau casul se trece prin masina de tocat<br />
2.	Apoi se adauga berea, smantana, sardelele, o lingurita rasa de chimen macinat si ceapa rasa.<br />
3.	Se amesteca totul si se sareaza dupa gust.<br />
4.	Se aseaza intr-un vas si se orneaza cu masline si gogosari. </p>

-	1/2 kg ciuperci,<br />
-	maioneza din 1 galbenus crud,<br />
-	2 dl untdelemn,<br />
-	1 lingurita rasa mustar,<br />
-	zeama de lamaie,<br />
-	1 lingura vin,<br />
-	tarhon,<br />
-	ceapa rasa; </p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	Se incepe cu spalarea ciupercilor, care apoi se fierb acoperite in apa clocotita cu putina sare, o foaie de dafin, o lingura vin, timp de 20 de minute.<br />
2.	Dupa ce sunt gata se aseaza in salatiera si se lasa sa se raceasca.<br />
3.	Apoi se pune peste ele maioneza cu ceapa rasa si tarhon. Se orneaza cu masline, gogosari etc. </p>

<p><strong>Ce iti trebuie ca sa iasa bun (ingrediente):</strong><br />
-	5 &#8211; 6 oua,<br />
-	50 g unt,<br />
-	100 g smantana,<br />
-	patrunjel tocat fin,<br />
-	sare,<br />
-	piper,<br />
-	mustar; </p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara:</strong><br />
1.	Intai se pun la fiert ouale in apa rece si cu putina sare. Se lasa sa fiarba 5 minute.<br />
2.	Dupa ce se racesc se curata de coaja, se taie pe jumatate si se scoate galbenusul. Un galbenus se pastreaza pentru a face maioneza.<br />
3.	Restul de galbenusuri se pun intr-un castron, se piseaza, se adauga untul (moale) si se freaca.<br />
4.	Apoi se adauga smantana, putina sare, putin patrunjel tocat fin si o lingurita mustar.<br />
5.	Se umplu ouale cu aceasta compozitie si, in final, se orneaza cu maioneza. </p>

-	1 lingurita cu varf mustar,<br />
-	4 linguri untdelemn,<br />
-	3 linguri apa,<br />

-	piper,<br />
-	zeama de lamaie; </p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara</strong>:<br />
1.	Intai se fierb 4 oua, tari.<br />
2.	Apoi se curata de coaja ouale si se taie fiecare in 4 bucati.<br />
3.	Se aseaza sferturile in cerc pe un platou sau farfurie si se toarna peste ele sosul.<br />
4.	Sosul se prepara astfel: mustarul se freaca cu o lingura zeama de lamaie, apoi se adauga untdelemnul putin cate putin, ca la maioneza, si 2 &#8211; 3 linguri de apa, sare, si putin piper. </p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-1 cutie Camembert<br />
-1 catel mare usturoi<br />
-1-2 linguri vin alb sec<br />
-1 lingura ulei masline<br />
-ierburi provence<br />
-piper </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Scoateti branza din folie si asezati-o inapoi in cutia de lemn. Eu am invelit fundul cutiei in folie de aluminiu fiindca erau niste etichete pe cutie pe care nu le-am putut desprinde si nu voiam sa se arda.<br />
2. Decupati un capacel deasupra, incercand sa luati doar coaja alba si cat mai putina branza.<br />
3. Presarati in zona decupata usturoiul strivit, putin piper, ierburi provence . Stropiti apoi cu ulei de masline si vin. Asezati capacul la loc.<br />
4. Asezati cutia cu branza pe o tava si dati la cuptor la 180C pentru 20 minute.<br />
5. In acest timp pregatiti crutoanele de paine din 3-4 felii paine cu ulei de masline, sare si piper.<br />
6. Cand e gata branza, scoateti capacul de deasupra (cu atentie, sa nu va ardeti, fiindca inauntru branza e foarte moale si fierbinte) si serviti imediat inmuind crutoanele in fondue.</p>

2. Taie aluatul in cerculete cu diametrul de 10 cm, folosind gura unui pahar.<br />
3. Aseaza cerculetele de aluat in tava. Unge-le cu ou, folosing o pensula. Pune deasupra fiecaruia sos Pesto, aseaza feliile de rosii si bucatile de branza de capra.<br />
4. Toarna deasupra putin ulei de masline si condimenteaza cu sare, piper si cimbru. Lasa pateurile la cuptor 15-20 minute pana cand aluatul devine galben, iar baza aramie.<br />
5. Scoate-le din cuptor si aseaza-le pe o farfurie. Pune deasupra fiecarui pateu 2-3 masline si cateva frunze de rucola. </p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-300 g branza proaspata de capra<br />
-2 linguri ulei de masline<br />
-piper negru, verde si rosu<br />
-seminte de susan<br />
-patrunjel, marar, rozmarin si salvie tocate marunt </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Paseaza intr-un bol 300 g branza proaspata de capra cu 2 linguri ulei de masline.<br />
2. Formeaza cu mana 20 de bilute mici.<br />
3. Prepara crusta. Rasneste cateva boabe de piper negru, verde si rosu, cateva seminte de susan, toaca foarte fin diferite ierburi (patrunjel, marar, rozmarin si salvie). Tavaleste bilutele de branza de capra prin condimentele rasnite si ierburile tocate.<br />
4. Inteapa apoi fiecare biluta cu o scobitoare pentru a putea fi servite cu usurinta. </p>
