<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
-100g carne tocata<br />
-4-5 ficatei de pasare<br />
-1 ceapa mica<br />
-1 ou crud<br />
-250g ciuperci<br />
-1lingura de smantana<br />
-verdeata tocata<br />
-1lingura de unt<br />
-sare<br />
-piper macinat </p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
1. Se aleg ciupercile albe cu palaria adanca, se spala in mai multe ape, trecand cu mana usor peste lamele, se scot coditele si se lasa sa se scurga bine.<br />
2. Coditele se toaca marunt si se pun peste amerstecul de carne, ou, verdeata tocata si ficatei de pasare fierti si taiati felii subtiri. Amestecul se caleste pe foc mic, apoi se umplu ciupercile.<br />
3. Se unge o forma cu unt, se asaza ciupercile in forma, se tin in cuptorul fierbinte 1/2 ora, dupa care se scot, se pun pe un platou, se asorteaza cu ficatei de pasare rumeniti in unt si se servesc imediat.</p>
